Compression Settings
During Lunch operation only , the UTX-200 uses Bun
Compression Settings for proper toasting of heels and
crowns (Figure 13).
The recommended Bun Compression Settings are 4 or
5, but can be adjusted as needed.
NOTE: The Bun Compression Settings are not used
during breakfast mode.
2 = 17/32" (13.5 mm) 9/32" (7.1 mm)
5 = 5/8" (15.9 mm) 3/8" (9.5 mm)
4 = 19/32" (15.1 mm) 11/32" (8.7 mm)
3 = 9/16" (14.3 mm) 5/16" (7.9 mm)
1 = 1/2" (12.5 mm) 1/4" (6.4 mm)

NOTE: The UTX-200 and the CTX-200 are designed
to sit side by side. The CTX-200 can be placed on
the right or left side of the UTX-200 by putting the
Bun Compression Knob on the side of the UTX-200
that is NOT flush against the CTX-200.
