, the UTX-200 uses Bun 

Compression Settings for proper toasting of heels and 

crowns (Figure 13). 

The recommended Bun Compression Settings are 4 or 

5, but can be adjusted as needed.

NOTE: The Bun Compression Settings are not used 

during breakfast mode.
