  4.  At Lunch change over time, press the UT button 

again and the unit will switch to Lunch mode.  The 

display will read 

Lunch Ready

 (Figure 9).  The 

unit is now ready for lunch operation.

NOTE: To switch back from Lunch Mode to 

Breakfast Mode, simply press the UT button and 

follow the display prompts on the unit.

NOTE: The control panel can also be accessed by 

opening the front cover for programming and diag-

nostic purposes ONLY.

Display

Product Labels and Bun Toasting

The UTX-200  can toast Bagels, Muffins, Bun Crowns, 

and Bun Heels, but not all products are inserted into the 

toaster the same way. 

Product Labels (Figure 12) are placed on the toaster 

to illustrate where and how specific products should be 

inserted for proper toasting. These labels are described 

in the following table.
