4. At Lunch change over time, press the UT button
again and the unit will switch to Lunch mode. The
display will read
Lunch Ready
(Figure 9). The
unit is now ready for lunch operation.
NOTE: To switch back from Lunch Mode to
Breakfast Mode, simply press the UT button and
follow the display prompts on the unit.
NOTE: The control panel can also be accessed by
opening the front cover for programming and diag-
nostic purposes ONLY.

2. The unit will begin to warm up the toaster Platen
for Lunch mode. The display will read Muffin
Ready (top line) and Lunch Wait as shown in
Figure 7.

Display
Product Labels and Bun Toasting
The UTX-200 can toast Bagels, Muffins, Bun Crowns,
and Bun Heels, but not all products are inserted into the
toaster the same way.
Product Labels (Figure 12) are placed on the toaster
to illustrate where and how specific products should be
inserted for proper toasting. These labels are described
in the following table.

Heel Insert Heel according to the appropri-
ate Product Label
Crown Insert Crown according to the appro-
priate Product Label
Muffin Insert the Muffin into the unit using
the Breakfast Chute with the cut face
UP.
Bagel Insert the Bagel into unit using the
Breakfast Chute with the cut face UP.
Refer to Figures 10, 11, and 12 for illustrations showing
product insertion and product toasting routes.
