- Enter the VLAN id in the pattern xxxx (e.g. 1200) and confirm it with the

button on
the numeric telephone keypad
.
- The VLAN id value is within the range of 1 to 4094.
- The telephone display shows:
Writing VLAN
802.1Q vid:1200
Restart ...
- After restarting the telephone new settings are activated.
- In case of incorrectly entered value an error message is displayed:
Bad entered
VLAN!
- If you want to deactivate the VLAN setting, enter the value “0” as the VLAN id
and confirm it with the “
*
” button on
the numeric telephone keypad
.
- After restarting the telephone the VLAN setting will be deactivated.
4.1.9 Setting the Telephone Security Password
- The telephone password serves to prevent from unauthorized change of main
telephone parameters.
- The password is requested when there is a need to change the following
settings:
• setting the telephone IP address,
• setting the router IP address,
• setting the subnet mask,
• setting the IP address of SIP server,
