7.1.4 Hydraulic excavator
Maintenance on the Excavator should follow the excavator
operations manual.
7.1.5 Controls and electric circuit box
(1) M ake sure power is safely connected to the excavator
battery.
(2) M ake sure no electric wire s are loose and no fuses are
blown.
(3) Only certified electricians should work on the electronics.
(4) Look for any broken wires at all times
7.1.6 The hydraulic oil hose and oil control valve
(1) Check the hydraulic hoses prior to each use.
(2)
Check
hydraulic fittings for any leaks for cracks.
(3) Make sure each hydraulic connection is tight.
(4) Replaces hoses when needed, careful not to over tighten
hydraulic fittings, over tightening can cause damage.
(5) The hydraulic relief valves and settings have been pre-set
by the factor, do not adjust them without approval from an
Antaeus service person.
