The room temperature is lower
(cooling) or higher (heating) than
the set point temperature.

Change the set point temperature.
The appliance does not
produce enough cooling.
Windows or doors open.

Close all the doors and windows.
Source of heat in the room.

Remove sources of heat if possible.
Outlet hose blocked or not con-
nected.

Connect the hose and arrange it so
that it works properly.
Set point temperature too high.

Set a lower set point temperature.
Air filter blocked.

Clean the air filter.
Noise or vibration.
Surface is uneven or not level.

Put the appliance on a smooth,
horizontal surface.
Gurgling sound.
Caused by refrigerant in the
appliance.

This is quite normal.
The appliance switches
off in heating mode.
The overheating protection trips
when the outgoing air temperature
is higher than 70°C.
