2.  BASIC SAFETY INDICATIONS 

 

Please read the instructions provided to you carefully and make sure you understand the 

content. Familiarize yourself with the chainsaw and the control of all its elements by reading 

the manual. 

 

Be sure to keep this manual handy so you can refer to it later whenever questions arise. Be 

sure to include this manual when you sell, lend, or otherwise transfer ownership of this 

product. 

 

Never remodel the product by yourself as you may lose the warranty of the machine.

HOLD THE MACHINE FIRMLY WITH BOTH HANDS. 

 

 

 

DIAGONAL LINE OVER ANY SYMBOL INDICATES "PROHIBITED" OR "AVOID". 

 

 

 

• Wear safety shoes, tight-fitting clothing, protective gloves, and eye, hearing, and head protection 

devices. 

 

• Do not allow other people to be near when starting or working on the chainsaw. Keep other people 

and animals out of the work area. 

 

• Do not start cutting until you have a clear work area, secure footing, and a planned fall tree retreat 

path. Also, plan your work and ensure a work area free of obstacles and, in the case of felling, at 

least one escape route from the falling tree. 

 

• Keep all parts of your body away from the saw chain when the engine is running. 

 

• Before starting the engine, make sure the saw chain is not in contact with anything.
