• turn the knob clockwise to the minimum power
setting
• to use higher powers, keep turning the knob
clockwise to the higher settings.
• to set the plate's inner ring at the maximum
power, turn the knob to the value
• to turn the plate's second ring on or off, turn the knob to the setting;
once the outer ring has been switched on or off, the knob automatically
returns to setting , i.e. to the maximum power setting.
• to use lower powers, turn the knob anti-clockwise to the lower settings.

Plates status LEDs
Plates in operation status LEDs;
When a plate is in operation it normally glows, but at the lowest
power settings this may not be the case. For this reason, LEDs
are provided beside the top that light up to indicate the plate in
use.The Plate Status LEDs do not go out until the relative plates
have cooled.

2.1 Electric plates
A device inside the plates reduces power in the event of overheating.
Once the cause has been eliminated and plate temperature is reduced,
operation is restored automatically.
