Crispy waffles
Method
1.
Switch on the waffle maker and allow it to heat up while you make the
waffle mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated.
2.
Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.
3.
Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.

Add the melted butter, sugar, water, vanilla essence and rum.
5.
Mix thoroughly and stir in the flour.
6.
When the green light goes out, it is time to start cooking your waffles.
7.
Carefully fill each of the bottom baking plates with the waffle mix and close
the lid.
8.
Leave it for around 4-5 minutes.
9.
Then open the lid and remove your waffles using a wooden spatula.
The waffles should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
You may cook the waffles for longer if required.
