Basic Waffle Recipe
Ingredients
Method
1.
Turn your waffle maker on.
2.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together and mix.
3.
In a separate bowl, add the milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract and melted butter
together and mix.
4.
Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together.
5.
In a food mixer, whisk the egg whites until stiff.
6.
Gently fold the egg whites in with the waffle mix.
7.
Place approximately 1 ladle of mix in each side of the waffle maker and cook
for 4-5 minutes.
8.
Place the finished waffles on a cooling rack.
