Please read the following instructions before using your new Andis
trimmer. Give it the care that a fine precision built instrument
deserves and it will give you years of service.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should
always be followed, including the following:

instructions before using the Andis trimmer.
DANGER:
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Do not use the appliance if the charging adapter or plug is
damaged.
2. Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label
matches the socket voltage before plugging in the
appliance.
3. Connect the appliance to a base with a grounded socket
withstanding a minimum of 16 amperes.
4. The charger's plug must fit correctly into the socket. Do
not alter the plug. Do not use plug adapters.
5. Only use the appliance with the specific charging adapter
provided.
6. If any of the appliance casings break, immediately
disconnect the appliance from the socket to prevent the
possibility of an electric shock.
7. Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if
there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.

CAUTION:
Keep the appliance dry. Attachments are
washable but must not be attached to the appliance while
being washed.

Do not use the appliance near water.
10. Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers or
swimming pools.
11. Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or
when barefoot.
