Problem Possible cause Solution
The loader
won't move or
lacks power.
The hydraulic hoses
are not connected
properly. Check that the hoses are compatible and connect
them properly.
The hydraulic oil level
is too low (oil is leaking
or tank is empty). 1. Immediately shut off the unit and try to locate
the leak(s).
2. Tighten or repair the couplings.
3. Fill the tank with hydraulic oil.
If there are no leaks, clean the hydraulic tank return
line strainer if it is clogged. Clean them as needed.
The oil pressure is too
low. Check that the pump on the hydraulic power unit or
tractor is working. Repair or replace it if needed.
Check that the valve is working. Repair or replace it
if needed.
Wait for the oil to cool, then check the oil level and
add more if needed.
A single func-
tion
lacks
power.
The corresponding
cylinder has an oil leak. Visually check whether the cylinder joints are
leaking. Repair the cylinder if needed.
The control valve is
defective. Check the control valve pressure. Repair or replace
the control valve if needed.
