Unpacking and inspection

The qTOWER

3

auto incl. power module will be carefully packed upon delivery. Please

carefully check the device and the packaging material for any mechanical damage that

may have occurred during transport and delivery. If transport damage is detected, docu-
ment its type, amount and size! Do not attempt to operate the device if there is any visi-

ble damage.

ATTENTION

Severe damage to the cardboard box and/or the packaging material may indicate that

damage has occurred to the real-time thermal cycler or the power module and must be
immediately reported to Analytik Jena.

1.

Unpack the device by removing all protective film, fastenings, such as adhesive tape,
etc.

2.

Check the delivery for completeness (and ensure that it matches your order).

lytik Jena or the dealer responsible.
Keep the original packaging for a possible return. If you have a complaint, the device
must be returned in its original packaging. Transport damage caused by poor packaging

is excluded from the warranty. For further information, see section “Device return infor-

mation”, p. 36.
