Final test of the sampler AS 21hp (AS 10e)
Perform the following test after each service activity (exchange/adjustment/
maintenance):
Self-initialization (see chapter "Self-initialization" p. 19).
Initialization with service program with command <I>.
Tray detection with command <T> (see chapter "Report-Commands" p. 24).
4.1
Self-initialization
Provide the power supply (24 V DC) for the sampler and switch it on.
The sampler starts its self-initialization routine:

Sampler arm(needles) moves up (Z-drive).

Sampler arm moves to the sample position.
−
Sampler tray(carousel) rotates and determines the carousel size by detecting the
magnets.
The sampler tray rotation is finished and stops at position 1.
