− F1—Change the display format
− F2—Changes the character bits
− F3—Changes the parity
− F4—Changes the number of stop bits
− F9—Opens the Configure menu
− F10—Returns to the main IRLIBX screen

Configure
Displays a window of communication options. Choose COM1
or COM2, LPT1 or LPT2, and the communications data rate. Defaults are
COM1, LPT1, and the 9600-baud (bits per second) data rate.
F6—Help
The help function has not yet been implemented.
Hand Control File Selections
Hand control (.IRL) files are selected from the Choose selection box. The Choose se-
lection box appears in three places of the IRLIBX program. Selection is determined
from either the Select option of the Hand Control menu, or the Load File option of the
DCU/IRS menu. Each of these menus uses the Choose selection box in different
ways.
Note
Since the ESC (escape) key
is a legal character in the
communications mode, use
the F10 key to exit from this
menu option.

If your computer is connected
properly, communicating at
the right speed, and on the
proper COM setting,

main screen after you restart
