The AXB-DTMF DTMF Interface provides a complete dual tone multi-
frequency telephone control and audio interface for AMX Control Systems
over the AXLink data bus.
In addition to transmission and reception of DTMF tones, the DTMF
Interface can detect incoming and outgoing rings, distinctive ring pattern,
dial tone, busy signal and Caller ID data. Full call handling for off-hook,
hang-up, and programmable auto-answer is included. The unit can also
enable, disable, and monitor operation of extension telephones.
The DTMF Interface’s line-level audio in and out jacks open up applications
for music-on-hold, telephone audio amplification, and recording.
