De-Installation GreenLight™ XPS Laser System 

Refer to Technical Bulletin #93 in the appendix for the draining procedure.  

 
Transportation GreenLight™ XPS Laser System 

The XPS crate (0133-4430) should always be used for transportation of the XPS 
system. 
The XPS system should never be transported with internal water.  Refere to De-
Installation section.   
Remove the front panel of the crate, this becomes your ramp. Remove the foam bars on 
the ramp. Make sure the wooden notch on the ramp is connected over the top of the 
wooden notch located at the front bottom of the crate. Slowly guide the system up the 
ramp. Secure the safety strap. 
Connect the metal clips along the edge of the crate using a mallet.  
The weight of the laser system is less than 477 pounds (215 kg) and suitable 
transportation devices are required as well as the use of a Tail Lift Truck and/or Pallet 
Truck
