for auto-configuring, DHCP setting needs a new option 151 with a value of

Device
A unique ID containing alphabets, numbers, and underscore
only without spaces; 20 characters maximum.
Vendor Prefix
Ask your IP Phone vendor for the Prefix. e.g. eip7012.
MAC Address
MAC address of the device.
Supplementary Configuration
Supplementary configuration files for IP Phone. The file name
must start with “psc-“.
Transfer Key
Configure the type/function of the TRANSFER key on IP
phone. 3 types of transfer function are supported in IP PBX:
ring/consult/blind transfer. A ring/consult transfer allows a
user to have connection/conversation with transferee before
transfer. A blind transfer allows the user to transfer a call
without speaking with the receiver of the transferred call.
Select Ring/Consult Transfer or Blind Transfer as the transfer
key of IP phone.
Select if your IP Phone supports this feature.
Codec Preference
Preference order of supported codec and packet times of the
phone.
