1.47 Default Hotkey Settings for IP PBX
IP PBX has some default keypad settings for general users to directly access functions via the keys
combination on a phone.

Note:
When the caller from trunks press *# to transfer the call, the third party
will see the caller ID of caller.

1.48 Managing with CLI Commands
9.1.1 Introduction
The IP PBX Console Interface (ESTCLI) administration guidelines describe how to manage some
basic functions of the IP PBX using console interface. The console interface is set for two levels,
general user and system administrator. General users can see general information once login to the
interface. System administrator requires entering password of the admin to use more functions such
as add, edit and delete user, usergroup, and import or export data.
9.1.2 Console Interface
By connecting to console port, general users can see some basic information. System administrator
can enter some commands for adding, editing, deleting debugging.
