Troubleshooting

The robot does not
work correctly after
being switched on. There is a problem
with the edge detection
sensors.
1. Check that the cleaning
pad is correctly
attached to the Velcro
and does not overlap
the edge sensors.
2. Contact the AMIBOT
after-sales service if
the edge sensors do
not work correctly.
The indicator flashes
RED and the robot
beeps.
The robot is not
connected to the power
adapter correctly.
Check that the robot is
connected to the power
cable or the extension
cord.
Indicators flash RED
and BLUE successively. There is a problem with
the motherboard. Contact AMIBOT after-sales
department.
The remote control
does not work.
1. The batteries are
not installed or need
to be replaced.
2. The remote control
is broken.
1. Change the batteries.
2. Replace the remote
control for a new one.
The robot freezes
at the edge of the
window.
1. There is a problem
with the edge
sensors.
2. The frames are less
than 5 mm thick.
1. Switch the robot off
and then place it back
on the window.
2. The robot has not
adapted to the frame
of the surface.
