OPERATIONS OF CONTROLS AND GAUGES
SCRUB DECK SWITCH
The Scrub Deck Switch is located on the console as shown. This switch raises and lowers the scrub deck. This
switch has three (3) positions which are rasied, “NORMAL” and “HEAVY”.
SQUEEGEE BLADE SWITCH
The Squeegee Blade Switch is located on the console as shown. This switch in the squeegee down position will
lower the squeegee and activate the squeegee vacuum. This switch in the squeegee up position will stop the
squeegee vacuum and raise the squeegee. A switch activated by the forward-reverse foot pedal will automatically
raise the squeegee if it is in the lowered position and the machine is in reverse.
OPERATING MODE SWITCH
The Operating Mode Switch is located on the console as shown. The switch control whether the machine is to
operate in normal or high capacity mode. In the off position, “NORMAL” mode, solution is despensed from the
Tank 1 and recovered solution is collected in tanks 2 and 3. In the lower position, “HIGH CAPACITY” mode, no
solution is dispensed and all three(3) tanks are used to recover solution.
HIGH LEVEL WARNING LIGHTS TANK1 / TANK2 / TANK3
The High Level Warning Lights are located on the console as shown. The Tank3 warning light will illuminate
approximately 5 minutes before the tanks are full, giving ample time to complete the scrubbing cycle before the
mechanical float shuts off the vacuum to tank 3. The high level warning lights for Tank 1 and Tank 2 are indicators
only.
LOW LEVEL WARNING LIGHTS TANK 1 / TANK 2
The Low Level Warning Lights are located on the console as shown. The Low Level Warning Light will illuminate
when Tank 1 or Tank 2 are low, respectively.
SOLUTION CONTROL
To apply solution to the scrubbing brushes, turn the solution flow knob clockwise. The solution rate is continuously
variable from off to approximately 1-3/4 GPM at low and 3-1/2 GPM at high. The low level warning light will
illuminate when the tank is empty, marking the end of the scrubbing cycle.
DETERGENT FLOW KNOB (ESP OPTION)
This rotary knob controls the detergent flow into the scrubbing solution. The operator may choose from any
detergent setting, for light to heavy cleaning applications.
