CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the Stick Hand Blender is unplugged and completely cooled
before cleaning or attempting to store the item.
NEVER IMMERSE motor in water
or any other liquid.
It is important to clean your Stick Hand Blender thoroughly after each use to
prevent sticky build ups that are difficult to clean later. Proper cleaning of the Stick
Hand Blender can lead to a cleaner, better tasting food.
1. Remove the attachment used.
2. Wash all parts in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before storing.
3. Wipe the motor with a damp cloth or sponge. Do NOT immerse the motor in
water or run water over the motor. Dry the surfaces with a soft cloth before
storing.
4. Do not use abrasive cleaners on any part of the Stick Hand Blender.
5. After processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away.
6. When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may
become discolored.
