5.21.2 Ground wheel drives of conveyor belt
ZG-B Super
The ground wheel drives (Fig. 50) allows the
forward speed related spread rate control.
The ground wheel

Is pressed by spring pressure on to
the
ZG-B
- wheel

Hydraulically taken from the wheel
(Fig. 51).
The stroke of the drive wheel can be adapted to
the size of the spreader's tyre by changing the
position of the ram (Fig. 51/1).
Stop tap on the hydraulic hose (Fig. 52):

Stop tap closed - Position A

Ensure that the conveyor belt is
switched off when travelling on
public roads.
1. Close lock tap.
2. Secure the ground wheel by us-
ing the chain (Fig. 52/2) and clip
pin (Fig. 52/3).
