Adjustments 

 

8.3 

Scraper 

Scrapers are adjusted at the factory.  Adjust the 
setting to the working conditions as follows: 

  1.  Secure the tractor against unintentional 

starting and unintentional rolling away. 

  2.  Release the screw (1) below the scraper. 

  3.  Adjust the scraper in the slotted hole. 

  4.  Retighten the screw. 

 

 

 

 

Wedge ring rollers:

 

Do not adjust the distance between 
stripper and spacer ring to less than 10 
mm to avoid excessive wear. 

Tooth packer roller: 

Adjust the distance between the 
scraper and shaft between 0.5 to  
4 mm.

Adjusting the intensity of the crushboard 

Hydraulic adjustment 

The intensity of the crushboard is hydraulically 
adjusted using the 

beige 

tractor control unit. 

The display shows the set intensity.  

A high displayed value indicates high intensity.
