Border parameters in the software
For Ceramill Zolid Preshades, it should be
observed that the crown border thicknesses
are sufficient. Recommended values:

1. Crown border thickness (Horizontal):
0.2 mm

2. Off-set (Angled): 0.3 mm

3. Angle: 60

4. Height (Vertical): 0 mm
Removal from the blank
Utmost care must be taken when removing the frames from the blank:

Separate the frames by grinding them out using a turbine grinder
(without water-cooling) and a pointed diamond bit (do not use cut-
ting discs).
For trimming and dressing the connectors and smoothing out the
frames, we recommend using the Amann Girrbach polishing set.
Final sintering
The Ceramill Therm high-temperature furnace (178300/
178350) or another high-quality and suitable furnace is rec-
ommended for the sintering (please also refer to the operat-
ing instructions of the respective sintering furnace).
