PROBLEMS
POSSIBLE CAUSE

No Display
Power failure.
Failed component in power supply
(circuit panel).
Improper wire connection to power
supply.
Intermittant connection between ERC
and transformer/relay board.
Failed fuse in fuse box assembly.
(Canadian models only).
Restore power to unit.
Replace failed fuse or restore the tripped
circuit breaker.
Verify proper wire connection.
Clean and tighten loose connections or
repair/replace failed wiring.
Replace failed fuse in fuse box assembly.
Display flashes
time-of-day.
Power Failure.
Intermittant connection between ERC
and relay/power supply module.
This is a normal condition when power is
interrupted. Press the clock pad and set time
of day.
Clean and tighten loose connections or
repair/replace defective wiring.
No Bake, Broil, or
Convection element
operation.
Double line break not being supplied
with voltage from L1 side of line.
Double line break relay not being
energized with drive voltage.
Relay drive voltage present, but relay
not closing.
Refer to wiring diagram and repair L1 input to
DLB relay.
Check drive voltage from ERC. Replace ERC.
Replace transformer/relay board.
No Bake operation
NOTE: Check double
line break operation
before proceeding.
Use "Quick Test"
method.
Open bake element.
Loose connection or broken wiring.
Failed component in ERC.
Relay not closing.
Failed touch control glass.
Check element for continuity. Replace if
defective.
Make sure all connections are clean and tight.
Check relay drive. Replace ERC.
Check K4 relay.
Replace transformer/relay module.
Replace if necessary.
No Broil operation
NOTE: Check double
line break operation
before proceeding. Use
"Quick Test" method.
Open broil element.
Loose connection or open wiring.
Failed component in ERC.
Relay not closing.
Failed touch control glass.
Check broil element for continuity. Replace as
required.
Make sure all connections are clean and tight.
Check relay drive output. Replace ERC.
Check K5 relay.
Replace transformer/relay module.
Replace if necessary.
