GUARANTEE
1) This mower is guaranteed for 24 months commen-
cing on date of purchase
2) The guarantee only comes to force, commencing on
date of purchase. Any claims under guarantee are
only valid if the date of purchase is confi rmed by
the dealer’s stamp and signature on the completed
guarantee certifi cate and on presentation of a
purchase receipt.
3) Any claims under guarantee are strictly governed
by the correct use of lawn mower following carefully
the instructions on use and maintenance.
4) The customer has the right to the repair or repla-
cement of faulty parts as recognised by our repre-
sentatives or authorised dealers; the exchange of a
complete mower
5) Damage caused by an incorrect use or lack of
necessary maintenance will not be repaired under
guarantee as per any parts subject to normal wear
by use, such as belts, blades, etc..
6) The guarantee is void under the following circum-
stances:
- insuffi cient maintenance and cleaning;
- in-proper use of the mower or particularly seve-

- fi tting of non original spare parts;
- unauthorised modifications and progressive

Petrol engines are covered by specifi c
guarantees from the manufacturer.
7) Any damage caused during transport should be
notifi ed immediately to the transport company and
indicated on the transport document, otherwise the
guarantee is void.
