4.3. LAN Setting
4.3.1. Internet Protocol Settings
Internet Protocol Settings enable or disable the router’s DHCP server.
To set up Internet Protocol Settings:
1. Go to
SETTING > LAN Settings
>
Internet Protocol Settings
.
2. On the Operation Mode field, select operation mode.
DHCP (default):
The router automatically assigns an IP address to each connected
device.
Static:
The router does not assign an IP address to each connected device. You
must enter the IP address on the connected device.
3. On the
Start IP Address
field, if Operation Mode field is DHCP you can modify the
starting IP the connected device will be assigned to. This address must be part of the
same Host Subnet Mask based on the Host IP Address.
4. On the
End IP Address
field, if Operation Mode field is DHCP you can modify the
ending IP the connected device will be assigned to. This address must be part of the
same Host Subnet Mask based on the Host IP Address.
5. On the
Host IP Address
field, you can modify the LAN IP address. It is used as the
router's Web UI access IP address and is called Gateway IP address.
6. On the
Host Subnet Mask
field, you can modify the LAN subnet mask.
