Mounting procedure
•
Determine the location of the control system (control unit) of the electric drive ( fig. 1),
to the left and to the right from the door. It is recommended to mount the switching
assembly components on the side, where electric drive control system is located.
•
Mount the terminal blocks not far from the edge of the lower section of the door leaf.
•
Mount the bracket on the external side of the angle section of the door guides system,
approximately in the middle of the opening.
•
Insert the cables from protective sensors to the terminal block ( fig. 2), through
sealing inserts. Prior to this operation, choose sealing inserts from the set
(for ø 3.4 mm cable—3 pcs.; for ø 4.4 mm cable—1 pc.).
•
Draw the short end of the spiral cable through the special cable gland on the terminal
block, draw the long end through the bracket cable gland to the electric drive (e.g., to
the external control unit). If necessary reduce the length of the spiral cable. When the
door is fully closed or fully open the spiral cable shall hang freely, but not slack.
