7. Troubleshooting
Please read this chapter if the E-PowerBarrow is not
working as expected. If the given solutions do not fix the
problem, please contact your sales specialist for support.
The E-PowerBarrow Heavy Duty can’t be switched on:
1.
Check if the battery is placed correctly.
2.
Check if the battery is charged.
3.
Check if the yellow joystick throttle is in neutral
position.
The E-PowerBarrow is switched on but not reacting to the
throttle:
1.
Check if the tire has enough pressure, if the
pressure is too low the hub motor will run within
the tire without moving the tire itself.
2.
Check if the “SLOW” function is enabled.
3.
Check if the red warning LED is lit up in the
ON/OFF button; if yes, the battery is empty.
