Slide the 1/4” diameter fiberglass rod
into the hem located between the
two windows in the rear of the bag.
The hem is located on the interior of
the bag. While inserting this rod, take
care to avoid scratching the windows.
Make sure it is centered.

12.

Pull the bag over the treadmill and
align the hem with the grooves in
the base.

13.

Start at one of the sides and push
the bag hem into its corresponding groove.

14.

Insert the short pointed rod into the
hem, capturing the hem in the
groove.

15.

Push the rod through, tucking the hem into the groove ahead of the rod. Using Tri-
Flow lubricant and twisting the rod while you push will help it slide through.
