If heavily polluted, the bottom of the oven can be cleaned using wire wool or

sandpaper (grain 120).Also see the instructions given in “Maintenance”.
Faults and problems
Heat distribution within the stove cannot be controlled. It is not possible to prepare au
gratin or grilled dishes, and bread can only be baked with limited success. Results depend
on the stove’s temperature and the size and the position of the dish in the oven.
