timing screw

C. Tighten the new timing screw in position. Verify that the keyway opening in the timing
screw aligns with the keyway at the drive motor shaft.
D. The vertical and horizontal adjustment settings are engraved on the timing screw, adjust
the timing screw accordingly.
E.
Horizontal adjustment
: Adjust with a container in the pocket of the timing screw. Screw
should make solid contact with container. There should be a 1/16 inch gap between the
container and the railing. Twist the locking lever counter-clockwise to open and free the
pedestal for movement. Forward and backward adjustment is achieved by turning the
knurled adjustment screw. Distance is scaled in millimeters (mm). After adjustments are
complete twist the locking lever clockwise to close to secure the pedestal.

are graduated in millimeters (mm) as shown by the scale at
each end.
Vertical Adjustment
: Left and Right Ends The timing screw is raised and
lowered using the two adjustment palm-screws. Unlock and twist clockwise to raise and
counter-clockwise to lower. Lock into position with dampener handle at each end as
shown
