HOW TO USE
1. Remove the basket with the handle from the bracket.
2. Pour between 2.5

of oil into the fryer. The level of oil must be between the MAX and MIN level marked on the surface
of the pot.
3. Smear the inner face of the viewing window with the oil to prevent condensation forming and to enable cooking process
to be checked.
4. Plug in the mains and set thermostat to the required temperature.
5. Add food into the basket. Be sure to dry all food before frying.
6. Place the basket back into the fryer. Put the handle down and close the lid. Turn the basket knob down into the oil.
7. Do not add water or liquids to the cooking oil, even small amounts of water will cause oil to spatter.
8. After cooking, lift the basket out of the oil to drain.
Warning:
This appliance is equipped with a grounded, Type G, 3

pin power supply cord. This is a safety feature. Do not
attempt to defeat the safety purpose of this plug.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the power supply is unplugged and the oil has completely cool down before cleaning.
2. Empty the condensation tray.
3. The fryer should be wiped out with absorbent paper with damp cloth and a little detergent for cleaning.
4. The interior of the fryer has a plain aluminum surface. No abrasives or sharp instruments should be used.
5. After cleaning, store it in a safe and dry place.
