To park a call into a parking location, do one of the following:

•

press one of the programmable buttons or soft keys described above.

•

(Park to Extension) press the

Transfer

function button, and then dial 300 (Park to Extension

prefix) + the recipient extension number. Requires Allworx System Software version 8.5 or higher.

•

(System Park) press the

Transfer

function button, and then dial 700.

Programmable Button for System Park
System Park

places the call into the next available parking orbit, if configured by the Allworx Server

Administrator.

Park

places the call into the next available parking orbit, if configured by the Allworx Server

Administrator.

Programmable Button for Park to Extension
Available in Allworx System Software version 8.5 or higher and configured by the Allworx Server Administrator. The Park

to Extension programmable button label changes dynamically with the phone state.
Park Call for

places the call into a park location for the specific recipient. The Allworx Server Administrator can

configure multiple

Park Call for

programmable buttons on the Verge phone. Available when the

Verge IP phone is on an active call.

Calls for

displays the list of parked calls for the configured recipient extension. Available when the Verge

phone is idle.

Soft Keys
System Park

places the call into the next available parking orbit.

Park Active

places the active call into the next available parking orbit, if the Allworx user is on a call and there

is another incoming call.
Only available while second incoming call is ringing.

Park To

prompts the Allworx user to do one of the following:

• enter an eligible user or group extension to receive the parked call.

• press the Contacts function button to select an eligible contact to receive the parked call.

Park

parks the call into the next available parking orbit.

Parked Calls

displays a list of parked calls.

Available on Allworx System Software 8.5 or higher.

Available on Allworx System Software 8.4 or lower.
