NOTE: This feature is used when a single chemical
dispenser is feeding two machines and the
dispenser can only serve one machine at a time. If
one machine is being served, the dispenser opens a
busy relay connected to timer hold inputs. When a
second machine needs chemicals, the program
timer pauses and waits until busy relay is closed,
then proceeds with the chemical signals. If there is
