Instructions for use

Allen® Advance Table User Guide (D-720722 Ver D) 

n.

 

At each end of the 
support top, insert 
a cross pin into the 
H-bracket, through 
the support top 
connector 
assembly, and 
through the other 
end of the H-
bracket. 

 

WARNING:  

Do not use the support top without the cross pins installed correctly 
through the H-brackets. To do so could cause patient fall, injury, or 
equipment damage.

Make sure that

–

 

All cross pins are correctly installed into the H-brackets and 
support tops. 

–

 

The drop lock on the end of the cross pins has moved to the 
side to hold the support tops and H-brackets in position.

Loosely install a minimum of four safety straps evenly spaced and 
around both support tops. 

NOTE:  

We recommend that you use the four Allen® Safety Straps that were 
included with the support top. 

43.

 

Make sure the support tops are in the correct position, and then tighten 
the safety straps. 

44.

 

Make sure the superior support top is progressively compressed against 
the patient and once again tighten the safety straps. 

45.

 

Look at the display, and make sure the 

tilt 

level indicator

 and the 

brakes locked 

indicator

 are 

green

.
