Instructions for use 

Allen® Advance Table User Guide (D-720722 Ver D)

Head Plate 

26.

 

Put the head plate in position on the 
rail top at a location to support the 
patient’s head. 

27.

 

Attach the Velcro® straps to hold the 
head plate in position. 

28.

 

Install the foam head block on to the 
head plate. 

NOTE:  

The Allen® Head Plate is designed to work with the Allen® Foam 
Head Block only. 

Pre-use check 

Before each use of the Allen® Advance Table, make sure all necessary 
accessories are attached and the Allen® Advance Table is ready for use. If 
any of the controls or indicators do not operate correctly, do 

not

 use the 

Allen® Advance Table. Contact Allen Medical or your local distributor.
