CommandErrorReply Message
Command errors occur when the KFM accepts the message from its host
computer, but the destination interface cannot carry it out. Information
about the error appears in the fields of the reply message.
Here is the format of a command-error-reply message:

The CMD-field value of 86 identifies this as a command-error message.
