Dispensed water has a strange smell
Filter lifespan has expired.
Filter lifespan has been shortened
due to the poor quality of water.
Filter replacement is needed
Due to sudden change of water
quality and excessive chlorine in the
source water.
Infinitesimal chlorine might be
presented in the output water.

Check the cleanliness of the water

storage receptacle.
If odor persists after cleaning the
receptacle, replace the filter and
select a lower pH level 1 or 2.
There is water leakage from Filter
Compartment.
The fitter is not firmly attached to the
filter base.
The rubber O-ring has been
removed.
Remove the filter, check Filter
Compartment, and reinstall the filter.
Check the condition and fit of the O-
ring and fit it properly.
No water from the acidic water
outlet hose.
The outlet hose is kinked.
There is insufficient inflow into the
unit.
Straighten the kinked hose or check
the hose condition.
Increase the source water inflow rate
