Keypad lock
Under standby state, press
A
FUN
key, the top left corner of LCD displays " " icon,
then press and hold

key until a beep sounds, and LCD displays " " icon,
keypad is locked. Repeat above operation, " " icon disappears, key lock function is
cancelled.
BASIC OPERATIONS
3. When current group displays "EMPTY", press

key, the top left corner of LCD
displays " " icon, press and hold

DTMF
key until a beep sounds, and transceiver
enters into DTMF edit state, LCD displays "___________", now you can enter
desired DTMF data by keypad.

When finished editing, press side key [PF2] to save DTMF signaling.
Stopwatch function
1. In standby state, press

FUN
key, the top left corner of LCD displays " " icon, then
press
M/S
to enter into stopwatch function.
2. Press
M/S
key to start timing. Under this state, press

KL
key to pause timing.
When timing is pause, press
M/S
key to continue timing.
3. Press [PF1], [PF2], [MONI] or

ESC/M
key to exit stop watch function.
NOTE: When keypad is locked, only PTT / PF1 / PF2 /
A
FUN
key are usable.
NOTE: During timing, press key to stop timing and displays current data, press this key again to clear
timer.
