In a nonadjacent sequence, loosen the captive screws that secure the processor fan and heat-sink assembly to the system
board.

Lift the processor fan and heat-sink assembly off the system board.

Remove the screw that secures the top-chassis fan to the chassis.

Disconnect the top-chassis fan cable from the system board.

12.

Remove the top-chassis fan from the chassis.
