• Check all bolt covers or sharp edges and replace if necessary.
• Check swing seats, chains, ropes and other fasteners for signs of damage.
• Replace defective items as instructed.
MAINTENANCE
• It is of utmost importance to follow these recommendations at the beginning of each season and at
regular intervals during every period of zipline use:
a) Check all nuts and bolts and tighten them if necessary;
b) Grease all moving metal parts;
c) Check all covers of bolts and sharp-edges and replace if necessary;
d) Check the seat, chains, ropes and other fastening devices for
signs of degradation;
e) Replace defective components in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
• Inspect all parts once a month. Do not use the zipline if any of the elements are broken.
• It is advisable to put the structure away during the winter period to avoid weather-related damage.
