Cables to be wired as follows:

White:

Connect to Pulse Counter (Either Wire)

Green:

Connect to Pulse Counter (Either Wire)

Red:

Connect to Valve 24v (+)

Black:

Connect to Valve 0V (–)

NOTE:

Ensure that wire gage is appropriate to the length of run.
