TROUBLESHOOTING
Nothing displayed when you push the Start button:
- Are the batteries exhausted? Replace the batteries with new
ones.
- Is the polarity of the inserted batteries wrong? Insert the
batteries in the correct position.
“Err P” is shown on LCD panel:
- Fail to inflate. Please check if the cuff is too loose and fasten
it.
“Err 1” is shown on LCD panel:
- Deflate too fast. Please send it to service point.
“Err 2” is shown on LCD panel:
- 1. Movements occur on wrist. Keep still during the measure-
ments.
2. Other interference signal around BDM-100. Please
remove interfering sources such as Magnetic material or cell
phone.
“Err 3” is shown on LCD panel:
- Incorrect measured result.
1.The cuff might place incorrect. Please re-wrap the cuff in
correct position.
2.You might use it incorrectly, such as measure pressure
value on child.
If correct measurement is impossible even after checking the
above-mentioned points, consult at the store where you have
purchased the unit or the nearest dealer without touching the
internal mechanism.
In some cases, there may be error due to the physical condi-
tion of the person. In such cases, please consult your doctor.
