1. Attach the base cover cap

to the base cover

by pushing the base cover
cap onto the base cover (see step 1 in
Fig. 4
).
2. Slide the assembled base cover down the support pole

Make sure the notch in the base cover is aligned with the pedal

adjust the top of the swivel unit
