Water that has penetrated the mains cord or
the mains adapter may cause a short circuit.
− Never immerse the mains adapter or the
5 V plug in water.

Improperly cleaning the shaver may dam-
age its surface, the shaving foils and the
shaver blade.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners,
brushes with metal or nylon bristles,
sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such
as knives, hard scrapers and the like.
Daily cleaning after a dry shave
1. Use the electronic On/Off switch 5 to switch the
shaver off (see
fig. A
).
2. Pull the 5 V plug 14 out of the shaver
(see
fig. A
and
B
).
3. Hold the shaver over the sink.
