− Always turn the shaver off and pull the
mains plug out of the socket
• when you are not using the shaver,
• when you are cleaning the shaver,
• in the event of a fault or
• in the event of a storm.

Handling the rechargeable battery
improperly may lead to an explosion or fire
resulting in injury and damage to property.
− Protect the rechargeable battery against
mechanical damage.
− Do not expose the shaver to excessive
heat such as sunlight, fire or other
heat sources. The ambient tempera-
ture should not fall below or exceed
5 – 35 °C.
− Do not use metallic objects to connect
the charging contacts on the shaver.
− Only use the original accessories for the
charging process.
− Only use the charging station with the
enclosed shaver.
