This feature letsyouaddaspecial

number you want to call by entering the

Call by Call
If the caller can b e identified, the caller's
phone number is displayed. If t he caller
cannot be identified, only the
icon
blinks.
1. To answer the call, press any button.

If the handset is on the base,simply
lift it up. You do not need t o p r e s s a
button.
2. You can speak. To end the call,
either press the
button o r
replace the handset onthe base.

The phone is connected and the
icon is steadily on. The LCD
window displays the talk time.
After you lift the phone from the
base to receive the call,the
button does not work for 3
seconds to prevent the phone
from being disengaged.
Receiving a Call
When a call is received, the phone rings
and the
icon on the display blinks.

You can temporarily s witch your phone's
microphone off, so that the other party
cannot hear you.
Example : You wish to say something to
another person in the room
but do not want the other
party to hear you.
Switching the Microphone Off (Mute)
To switch the microphone off
temporarily, press the
button w hile
you are on the phone. The
icon
appears in the LCD w indow. Your
correspondent can n o longer hear you.
To switch the microphone back on,
press the
button again.
