Contacting Service
12.1.1
Routine servicing of the ASM
Typically, a replacement ASM should be sent to you by your Authorised Service
Representative several weeks ahead of time. In the event this did not occur please contact
your Service Representative having details of your instrument to hand: instrument make
and model, serial number, and location/address if relevant.

Contacting Alcolizer
In the event the instrument malfunctions or a warning message should appear on the
screen, consult Alcolizer Technology in the first instance.

Returning equipment to Alcolizer
If the machine is to be returned to Alcolizer, prepare it for shipment in accordance with the
following procedures:
Unlock and open the instrument.
Turn off the instrument by pressing & releasing the OFF button.
Unplug the power cord.
Using safe lifting techniques, lift the instrument off the back plate hinges and
remove it from the wall.
Pack the instrument into its Alcolizer provided container or other suitable packaging to
ensure it is not damaged in freight.
