BURNER CONTROL UNIT (LFL 1.322) for MODULATING BURNERS
(ALG200/M, ALG 200/M LPG, ALG120/M and ALG120/M LPG)

Operation Intervals :

A

: Program start with the signal from boiler pressure switch or thermostate

A-B  : Control unit program start interval
B      : Burner start-up
B-C  : Nominal operation interval
C   : Stop point.
C-D  : Air damper back to starting position.

LR : Boiler control unit (RWF50)

Z : Ignition transformer

R : Boiler thermostate or pressure switch BV1 : Gas Solenoid Valve
LK : Damper motor

RV : Modulating Gas Solenoid Valve

M : Burner motor

FS : Flame signal

Working diagram is given above.
In case of any lack of input signals, program stops and locks as requested by the safety
regulations.

t1   : Pre-purge time; 36s
t3   : Pre ignition time; 4s
t6     : Air damper to minimum position time; 12s
t11  : Damper motor opening time to full capacity;
t12   : Damper motor closing time to minimum capacity;
t13   : Post Closing waiting time; 12s
TSA  : Safety time; 2s
